Our customers are our main priority. At Carolina Cresteds, we understand when things arise and the purchase may not be working out for one reason or another. We wish the best for both our customers and our pups at the same time. With this in mind we proudly offer a 7 day
"NO QUESTIONS ASKED" return policy for any pup purchased. Please understand that this policy only applies to pups returned in good health and the same condition as sold. Under this policy the full purchase price will be refunded minus any transportation and return expenses. PURCHASE  INFORMATION:

 Some of our pups will be sold with the intentions of  great pets. These great PETS will be sold with limited papers. We also sell pups for breeding purposes and these breeder pups will be complete with full complete AKC certified papers. These decisions depend completely on the person or persons and their life styles. In both cases if you see a puppy on our site that you would like to buy, please contact us by phone or by email. Please feel free or call or contact us at any time. WE check our emails and messages on a daily basis to assure your prompt reply.

When you decide on that special pet purchases can be made by different methods...we accept postal money orders, bank certified checks or cash. At the current time we are not setup to accept credit cards. For your convenience puppies can be held for an reasonable amount of time between buyer and breeder for a deposit. The deposit guarantees that the puppy will be held within the time span agreed on by both parties. Please note that this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE !  Any balance due on any pup must be paid in full before delivery of pup.

Delivery of pups purchased can be picked up at our location or we will personally deliver your pup by car within 200 miles for a reasonable fuel charge. If it is desired and arranged by both parties air shipment of pets can be an option. 

BILL of  HEALTH:

A general health guarantee is given with all puppies.  A puppy is guaranteed for 30 days against puppy diseases such as parvo, distemper, lyme  disease etc. Parasites or stomach upset or diarrhea are not considered diseases and are common even though you can expect your puppy  to have been de-wormed. It is necessary for customers to follow breeder's instructions and follow-up with vaccinations and de-wormers and feed their pup a nutritious diet.  This is a specific health guarantee to replace a puppy for any physical condition that the veterinarian can identify and state in writing that the puppy is unfit as a pet.  Return of the pet would be possible and new owner would be responsible for all travel both ways.  There has not been one puppy returned as unfit.

CARE:  

Breeder sends extensive care  instructions with each puppy.  This includes training, maintenance care, nutritional needs, potty training.  In all cases,  for superior results, it is important for the instructions   to be followed closely.  It is  helpful to read as much as you can concerning the breed, but only the breeder knows the best protocol for each specific puppy.  No two puppies are exactly the same- and you are ahead   of the puppy game when you are confident with how to acclimate your puppy.   The intent is to make the purchase of a puppy an event that shall enhance both your life and the life of the puppy- with no surprises.

Our pups feature a 72 hour return policy for health conditions. Please note that each pup should be carried to your local vet for confirmation of puppy's health. If any pup should need be returned for health conditions please provide a bill of health statement from your vet stating the condition in question.
