 We recently purchased a Chinese Crested Powder Puff from Rachel Mills with Carolina Cresteds. We chose Bai Li (formerly known as Bailey)  as our new furry child.  She has done an outstanding job in raising her beautiful babies.  Upon meeting Rachel,  you can tell that she is a very sweet and loving person.   This shows greatly in her puppies. Bai Li is a very loving and affectionate boy.  She was very informative about the breed and a food that would be appropriate for him.   She also made contact the night that we brought Bai Li home to make sure everything was going well.  I know that Rachel truly loved Bai Li and wanted to make sure that he was doing ok.  
Rachel provided us with all the necessary paperwork to take to our veterinarian. Our veterinarian was very pleased with the detail given to his health records. Our veterinarian made many positive comments as to his health and the care that he received before we brought him home. Rachel had made sure that he was completely vaccinated, dewormed, and heartworm preventative  had been started.  Bai Li is a very healthy, beautiful, and loving puppy.  I know that we will have a happy future with him.    He has made a wonderful addition to our family.  Many thanks to the Mills Family for being an exceptional breeder that truly cares for their furry members of the family!

 Love my little hairless boy!

Rachael was wonderful to deal with! My puppy is the cutest little
Chinese Crested ever! Healthy, happy, and well socialized.
I would recommend Rachael to anyone who wants a quality dog.
She answers any questions that you may have, and makes
sure that you know what you are doing if you are new to the breed.

 I absolutely adore Tiki! I just got him last Wednesday, and met Rachel.
 She is a wonderful person, so sweet and such a love for her animals.
 I took Tiki to the vet (my work) and he is in excellent health and boy
does he get compliments. Rachel took time to help me be more informed
 about the breed and requirements before I took Tiki home.
I would definitely get another hairless Chinese crested from her,
she's the only breeder I will go through from now on for cc.
We have emailed every day since I got him, and it means so much to
know she's there for me and my baby boy!  If anyone is looking
 for a hairless, get Tye his brother, I adore him!!

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful

Thank you Rachel for our little Tiffany Darling.. Beautiful happy puppy
from a wonderful Home. Rachel is very experienced in her
Animals and there care and maintenance. We traveled over 700 miles
from Florida for our little girl and are so happy. I would highly recommend
Rachel Mills and Family to all.

An excellent Breeder

Rachel Mills is an excellent breeder. She is dedicated in giving the
 love and affection that each puppy needs. The TLC that she gives
makes the transition to a puppies' forever home much easier.
I'm very proud of the experience that I've had with purchasing a

She is up to date on the latest information on the care and grooming

Our Baby Faith
My daughter and I are very happy with our new "Baby Faith".
This was our first time buying a puppy online and it was a very good experience.
Rachel was very nice and informative. All the preparations to have
Faith shipped here to Louisiana went smoothly and we received a
very happy and healthy puppy. We are so pleased, that if we decide
to purchase another cc puppy, we would definitely buy one from Rachel.

 sugar bear's owner is proud
I was very impressed with the knowledge that Rachel Had about the
CC breed. She has continued to be helpful with any ?'s I have had About my CC.
When I Picked up my CC he was in the house with several other CC's
letting me know that he had had socializing with other pets. Sugar bear my CC)
has become my sidekick Mand has all the characteristics that I read bout
before deciding on the CC breed. I would wholeheartedly Recommend
one of Rachel's CC's as a life long companion or worthy breeder.

 Good Cross Country Experience, loyal loving puppy
This was mine and my boyfriends first time ever buying a dog online,
Rachel was very helpful, very friendly and willing to make arrangements.
The puppy was shipped from NC to Los Angeles California in great condition
and in good health. From the minute we contacted Rachel until the minute
we got the puppy from the airport she was really eager to help out.
We paid via western union and then paid the shipping on our puppies arrival.
Were extremely happy with the puppy. We have had him for about
3 weeks and Rachel still emails to see how were doing with the puppy.
I'm constantly telling everyone how this is the best dog I've ever had,
and people constantly tell me how beautiful our baby boy is we bought
a 6month old slate male named Kee very good with potty training
and keeping close to us, In conclusion Rachel mills is a trustworthy
breeder and if I were to ever purchase another puppy

 Thanks for Frankie!
I purchased Frankie on 12-23-07.  He is such a great little guy,
 and is a wonderful addition to our family. Rachael the breeder)
 was very sweet and very knowledgeable about Frankie and her breed of choice.
She informed me on how to care for Frankie, and supplied me with
informative paper work to help me get started. I can tell She had taken
good care of him, and that he had been shown lots of love and affection.
I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a puppy of their own.

My wonderful Panda
I am very Pleased with Panda he is a well adjusted, lovely little boy.
Rachel does a wonderful job with her dogs. Panda is so loving and gentle.
 I took him to Pet Smart just hrs after I got him and he turned heads
and everyone made over him and he just adored it. Rachel helped me
 in so many ways possible with him. She gives advise and papers on how
to take care of a Chinese Crested since I am new to the breed. I know that
I can call her and get her help anytime I need it. I am planning on getting
another from her very soon. Thank you so much Rachel, we just adore him. Susie

Chinese Crested Puppy
Hi Rachel I just wanted to say thank you sooooo much for
our beautiful little cc boy telo#2 he' everything you said and more.
He's doing very well on potty training and is going outside also to potty.
Sorry it took so long for me to write this review but we've been really
busy with our new house and our new baby cc. if we ever decide to
buy another puppy, it will be from you, you have been very helpful in
 answering any questions or concerns that we've had.

Jax, my little bundle of joy, is the love of my life.
